Investment Approach

The Fund is a money market fund that seeks to maintain a stable price of $1.00 per share. To do this, the Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of high-quality US government money market instruments and in related repurchase agreements. The Fund is a "feeder fund" that invests in securities through an underlying "master fund."

1"Daily liquid assets" is a term defined in US SEC Rule 2a-7 (which governs money market funds) and includes cash, direct obligations of the US government and securities that mature or are subject to a demand feature exercisable and payable within one business day.

2The Fund is rated Aaa-mf by Moody's, indicating its belief that the Fund has a very strong ability to meet the dual goals of providing liquidity and preserving capital. Further information regarding Moody's rating methodology may be found on its website at www.moodys.com.

3The Fund is rated AAAmmf by Fitch Ratings, which reflects Fitch's view of (1) the fund's overall credit quality and diversification; (2) low exposure to interest rate and spread risk; (3) holdings consistent with shareholder profiles and concentrations; and (4) maturity profiles consistent with rating criteria. Further information regarding Fitch's rating methodology may be found on its website at www.fitchratings.com.

4Broker-dealers and other intermediaries through which the fund shares are offered may impose different cut off times/notice requirements than those reflected.

5Unsubsidized yield refers to the yield before waivers/reimbursements.

6Dividend factor represents the daily dividend amount per share. On Fridays and/or before non-business holidays, the dividend factor is increased to reflect the anticipated accrual of dividends on subsequent non-business days of the same month. Shares earn dividends on the day they are purchased but do not earn dividends on the day they are sold.

7Based upon latest strike price.

8Weighted average maturity information pertains to the relevant "master fund," not just the "feeder fund" named.

9Assets are quoted in USD/millions. Net Portfolio Assets represented are for the respective "master fund." The Fund is a "feeder fund" that invests in individual money market securities through a related "master fund." Please see the Fund's prospectus for more information.

UBS Asset Management reserves the right to implement fee waivers/expense reimbursements for the funds listed above. Please refer to a fund's prospectus for further information. You may obtain a prospectus by accessing the "Documents" tab at the top of this webpage or click here.
