Effective April 2, 2024 the daily liquidity requirements increased from 10% to 25%. The chart above reflects the prior 6 months of daily liquidity. The blue line represents the 10% daily liquidity threshold prior to April 2, 2024 and the green line represents the current threshold of 25%.

Investment Approach

While seeking to maximize current income, our investment management team emphasizes credit quality, liquidity and appropriate diversification. The Fund is a "feeder fund" that invests in securities through an underlying "master fund." The master fund invests in a diversified portfolio of high-quality, short-term, US dollar-denominated money market instruments of governmental and private issuers. Our credit and portfolio management teams continually monitor individual issuers in an attempt to assure maintenance of credit quality.

1"Daily liquid assets" is a term defined in US SEC Rule 2a-7 (which governs money market funds) and includes cash, direct obligations of the US government and securities that mature or are subject to a demand feature exercisable and payable within one business day.

2Lower minimums are available for clients of UBS Financial Services Inc. Please contact your UBS representative for more information.

3Broker-dealers and other intermediaries through which the fund shares are offered may impose different cut off times/notice requirements than those reflected.

4Unsubsidized yield refers to the yield before waivers/reimbursements.

5Dividend factor represents the daily dividend amount per share. On Fridays and/or before non-business holidays, the dividend factor is increased to reflect the anticipated accrual of dividends on subsequent non-business days of the same month. Shares earn dividends on the day they are purchased but do not earn dividends on the day they are sold.

6Based upon latest strike price.

7Weighted average maturity and weighted average life information pertains to the relevant "master fund," not just the "feeder fund" named.

8Assets are quoted in USD/millions. Net Portfolio Assets represented are for the respective "master fund." The Fund is a "feeder fund" that invests in individual money market securities through a related "master fund." Please see the Fund's prospectus for more information.
